In Assens Life Care We are always happy to help our customers. If you are not satisfied with the delivery
or for any other reason than you can cancel your ordered products in following conditions:
● If you have received an expired dated product.
● If your product is damaged or broken.
● If your ordered product is getting too late.
● If your address is changed.

Returned product is not acceptable if:
● Used products.
● If a mono carton or label is missing.
● If a Return request is generated after two days.
● If the product is not under the category of return or replacement.

How is the return processed?
● When you make a return request within 4 to 7 days our courier partner will come and after physical inspection of the product your product will be returned.
● Kindly note that if reverse return is not possible at your location, then you have to self-ship your product. How was the refund initiated?
● Once your product is received, it is checked by our quality team for some quality checks, after a green signal from the quality team, your refund process is initiated. Within 5 to 7 working days your refund is completed into your given account number.
