In Assens Life Care We are always happy to help our customers. If you are not satisfied with the delivery or for any other reason than you can cancel your ordered products in following conditions:
- If you have received an expired dated product.
- If your product is damaged or broken.
- If your ordered product is getting too late.
- If your address is changed.
Returned product is not acceptable if:
- Used products.
- If a mono carton or label is missing.
- If a Return request is generated after two days.
- If the product is not under the category of return or replacement.
